Within the framework of cooperation between iNFOEXPERT and "Manasyan Group" LLC, the Bitrix24 automation system was implemented in 2025, allowing the company to make its business processes more manageable and transparent.

 

iNFOEXPERT specialists were tasked with accurately identifying all existing business processes and automating them through Bitrix24. Integration work was carried out with various social platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

 

To ensure high-quality customer service, integrations were also implemented for telephony, inbound and outbound calls, recording, and analysis.

 

The implemented system enables automated management of all operational processes of the company, including project management, planning, and most importantly- the CRM system, whose main goal is to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
