"Yerevan Mall" LLC is a shopping and entertainment center that has been operating in Armenia since 2014.

Cooperation with iNFOEXPERT began in 2015. The program 1C: Accounting was introduced, which includes the “Rent” block. With a separate account for registering tenants, the investment in software enabled the calculation of rent by area, size, utility costs used for each tenant. By solving various complex problems, it became possible to write off an advance payment for each tenant, calculate the monthly rent and the corresponding fines. Automation has been implemented not only in the rental part, but also in the entire accounting process and all departments, ensuring compliance with the requirements in accordance with numerous accounting and tax reforms.
