"Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC

Since 2002, "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC has dominated the Armenian electricity distribution and sales market. The company's networks cover a total of 36,000 kilometers, serving more than 1 million customers.
Cooperation with iNFOEXPERT began in 2016, when “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC was looking for an organization capable of solving problems of various levels of complexity with an individual approach in order to automate accounting systems and include all accounting in one single system. iNFOEXPERT has become a company that has undertaken the implementation of this complex and responsible process.


Systems 1C: Accounting and 1C: ERP were implemented.


The software made it possible to automate not only the work of the organization, but also the work of interacting contractors.


A single platform was created, and thanks to the centralization of data, it became easier to plan and manage the distribution of human, financial and material resources of the organization.


The created platform makes it possible to monitor the progress of work, from the creation of an investment plan to the final acts, including design estimates and construction work.


A project management system was also created, with the help of which the following processes were automated:

 

  • issuance of project passports
  • work order processing
  • creation and approval of estimates
  • building work orders
  • formation and approval of executive acts.

A functional logistics center was built, which made it possible to implement:

  • satisfaction of internal demand according to the preliminary calculation and registration documents with a free balance reservation
  • organization of transportation by road
  • vehicle condition assessment
  • formation of a procurement plan from rejected demand.

Taking into account investment programs, contract management processes have been automated to ensure quantitative and financial control of purchased goods and services, as well as control of the payment schedule and its execution.


The processes of calculating the purchase requirement and the formation of tender lots were automated, based on the need drawn up by the estimated documents, the amount of work carried over from the previous period, the possibility of replacement with analogues and stock balances.


The fixed assets accounting block was created by groups of links, communities, gratuitous part, liability and status, providing both financial and tax accounting:

  • acquisition, recognition, calculation of depreciation by day and remaining periods
  • liquidation, separate accounting of details of materials resulting from liquidation (also partial liquidation)
  • absorption, digestion
  • fixed asset repair planning
  • classification of capitalized costs.

Also created:

  • system for recording new connections
  • incomplete accounting system for non-current assets
  • system of reports submitted to the commission for the regulation of public services (12 reports)
  • accounting system for investment areas, including liabilities, cash flows and expenses
  • integration system with other existing programs.

 

More than 300 reports have been generated for all subsystems.
