"KARAS" national food chain was founded in 2005 and now has 16 branches in the RA and 2 branches in the USA. With around 300 product units, "KARAS" provides service to more than 250,000 clients each month. "KARAS" is one of the biggest food chains in the Armenian market and aims to cover the broadest possible swath of the population. It has also developed its own delivery service.

Beginning in January 2023, the company began working with iNFOEXPERT. As a consequence, "1C: Accounting 8.3" and "1C: Payroll and personnel management" programs were developed, which allowed for the automation of a variety of business activities, including:

• Accounting and reporting,
• Automatic calculation of production costs,
• Automatic determination of the part of VAT that is deductible,
• Cash accounting,
• Accounting for receivables and payables,
• Documentation and accounting of the movement of personnel,
• Planning, organization, and control of personnel work,
• Calculation of wages and other equivalent payments,
• Control of personnel policy and construction of personnel motivation schemes, etc.

In addition to introducing programs and automating business operations, iNFOEXPERT Academy also planned the training of staff members of the national food chain "KARAS," giving them the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to use the programs.
