Yerevan State Conservatory named after Komitas was founded in 1921 as a studio. The Conservatory is the only higher educational institution in the Republic of Armenia with a musical specialization. The Conservatory sees the path of its preservation and development in the harmonious interweaving and combination of national traditions and world experience. These principles underlie the logical and aesthetic orientation of education at the conservatory. The conservatory's three faculties—piano, orchestral, and vocal theory—are open to both Armenian and international students. Cooperation with iNFOEXPERT began in 2003. The 1C: Accounting program was introduced to automate all processes, including the calculation of salaries, scholarships and tuition fees, as well as the continuous provision of solutions in accordance with tax and financial reforms.
