“Mix Paints” LLC is a company engaged in the production and import of paints and varnishes. In the Armenian market, it is represented by a network of specialized dye stores offering consumers a wide selection of dyes. Along with the growth of the business, one of the most important issues for the company was the automation of the entire accounting unit, as well as the need for management, accounting and planning of the production cycle.

In anticipation of the above decisions, cooperation with iNFOEXPERT began in 2020.

Implemented programs 1C: ERP, 1C: Accounting (with an emphasis on the production process), 1C: Payroll and personnel management.

As a result, by synchronizing the numbers with the 1C Accounting program, the salary calculation of employees with various schedules and positions was made possible. Additionally, automatic filling of information regarding the working hours of employees was carried out in accordance with the identification of fingerprints at the entrance and exit.

With the introduction of the 1C: ERP system, the optimization of the work of office managers and their control of orders and sales documents was carried out, as well as the refinement of the discount system.
