The iNFOEXPERT company, specializing in software development, celebrated its 25th anniversary. As part of the anniversary event, the company’s specialists presented two new programs for small and medium-sized businesses – “1C։ Accounting” (Basic package) and “Quick Order System”, which are already available to organizers of various businesses.

The iNFOEXPERT company was founded in 1996 and was headed by Aram Grigoryan, who has been successfully leading it for a quarter of a century. In the 1990s, he worked in Moscow, where he received a unique opportunity at that time to master the 1C program developed in Russia, which he then implemented in Armenia. The company did not stand still, but developed in accordance with the dictates of the times, the progress of technology and the needs of the domestic market. Aram Grigoryan and his colleagues specialized in software development and today offer consumers comprehensive automation software solutions based on 1C software. One of the important achievements of the iNFOEXPERT company is its many years of assistance to the heads of many businesses in Armenia in the implementation of automation systems.

 

“We are also automating an area like accounting, where a mistake can cause significant and sometimes irreversible damage to the business. Automation allows a business manager to analyze everything related to the company's operations and can affect it, from the ability to manage personnel to planned development and acquisition planning. We create controlled programs that, on the one hand, do not allow errors, and on the other hand, allow very complex calculations and analyzes to be performed, using as few human resources as possible. "Depending on the algorithm and control points entered into the program, it becomes possible to minimize financial losses or mismanagement," says A. Grigoryan.

Based on the 1C program, iNFOEXPERT specialists are able to create individual programs for any company. Each new program is first adapted to the legislation of Armenia, and then to the client's requirements, taking into account the business characteristics of his company, the services provided and all personal wishes. According to Aram Grigoryan, automation implies faster and more systematic business management.

"Naturally, as in any other system, malfunctions are not excluded in the case of our program, for example, due to an employee's error, power outage, etc. But it is important that all data is stored in the program and that the problems that arise are solved by the company as quickly as possible. The service is carried out remotely, which was also very convenient during the epidemic," says the head of iNFOEXPERT, explaining that a program adapted to a specific business is implemented, which includes a management algorithm, after which the company starts entering its information and then starts has worked. Moreover, the intervention of iNFOEXPERT specialists becomes necessary only when new business projects requiring a new program are developed.
