“Yerevan Mall” LLC is a shopping and entertainment center that has been operating in the Republic of Armenia since 2014. Every day, thousands of people visit Yerevan Mall to update their homes and wardrobes, create memories, and simply enjoy their leisure time. More than 200 shops, entertainment venues, and multifunctional activities. It is obvious that for “Yerevan Mall” LLC, a software system with wide capabilities is simply necessary since the company has rental premises and the management of the calculation of utility costs for each tenant by location, size, and usage is inevitable.

 

The cooperation between “Yerevan Mall” LLC and iNFOEXPERT began in 2015. Within the framework of the cooperation, iNFOEXPERT has implemented the "1C: Accounting" program, which also included the "Rent" block, which made it possible to:

- issue advance payment invoices for each tenant on a monthly basis,

- calculate rent and penalties,

- automate the entire accounting process and all other departments in accordance with the requirements of accounting and tax reforms.
