In Armenia, many business leaders have been helped by the automation systems created by the iNFOEXPERT company for many years. The company that makes business management easier through automation celebrated its 25th anniversary and introduced two new programs.

 

In 1996, Aram Grigoryan, founder and general director of the iNFOEXPERT company, had the opportunity to work in Moscow and learn about the 1C program, after which he founded his company in Armenia.

 

"We automate business, starting with entering documents and ending with the process of managing relationships with partners, as well as providing the ability to manage human, financial, and material resources. Accounting is also subject to automation; in case of errors, the company may suffer irreversible losses. Automation enables the business manager to analyze everything that can somehow have an impact on the company's operations, from the possibility of personnel management to the planning of development plans and acquisitions. We create programs that manage, prevent mistakes, and, on the other hand, allow us to perform very complex calculations and analyses with little human resources. Depending on what algorithmic solutions and control points have been set in the program, it will be possible to reduce the financial loss or mismanagement as much as possible," said Aram Grigoryan.

Based on the 1C program of Russian origin, individual programs are created for each applicant company. The newly created program is first adjusted to the laws of the Republic of Armenia and then to the requirements of the specific applicant company, which include the specifics of the business and the provision of services. All the wishes of the customer are taken into account. Automation also includes the specific accountant's work style, considering what approaches he or she has taken during various processes.

 

Automation implies business management in a more systematic and faster way. Naturally, as in any system, a failure may occur in this case: in one case, the employee did something wrong; in another case, there was a power outage; but all data is saved in the program, and the problems that arise are resolved as quickly as possible by the iNFOEXPERT company. Maintenance is carried out remotely, especially in pandemic conditions; this is the best way to work.

According to the head of the company, a program appropriate to the given business is introduced, which also includes a management algorithm, and the company begins to enter its information and work. The question of the intervention of iNFOEXPERT arises when there are already new business projects for which a new program is needed.

 

"All kinds of companies can take advantage of automation; it doesn't depend on the content of the business. Two new programs for small and medium businesses were introduced: "1C Accounting (Basic Package)" and "Quick Order System".

"Quick order system" enables the market to analyze market requirements very precisely, to make the order execution process coordinated, and to reduce the probability of errors as much as possible. The system includes elements of artificial intelligence, which make it possible to analyze and plan product acquisition without the influence of mediated people. It clearly shows the market demand and the process of formation.
